With effect of February 1, 2021 Matt Sieverding is appointed as President/CEO of Brueckner Group USA, Inc. (BGU) in Portsmouth, NH. He follows Steven Hoenig who became President/CEO of BGU in 2012. Steven Hoenig now steps down in order to spend time with his family and to pursue other opportunities. Brueckner Group would like to thank him for his commitment and valuable contributions and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
The new President/CEO Matt Sieverding comes with a truly international profile – born and educated in Germany, he worked globally for a German headquartered company while living in the US with his family for the last 14 years. His leadership exposure so far ranges from startup scenarios, large investments in technological progress to large scale businesses. At his last professional station he took on the CEO/President role of KraussMaffei’s global extrusion business in addition to his US duties and became member of the Group Executive Committee at Krauss Maffei.
At Brueckner Group USA, Matt Sieverding will bring to the table his vast experience from the plastics industry and a profound knowledge of key technological procedures, including thermoforming and extrusion.
